Call to order with Pledge of Allegiance by Jim Collins @ 4:10 P.M.
Present: Jim Collins, Paul Koepping, Judy Miller, Eric Wyles, Al Traverso and John Alvey.
Approval of June & July Minutes, Judy Miller Motioned, then 2nded & approved.
Treasurer’s Report: Paul Koepping
August 31st, no statement.

Checking: $3,906.31 Savings: $3,011.95 Total: $6,918.26
Cash: $200.00 $15.00 deposit for new membership.
Expenditure: $66.00 renew post office box.
Standing Committee Reports:
Planning & Zoning: Eric Wyles – no new news.
Public Works: Judy Miller – Lower Oak Creek Clean Up, Lower Oak Creek Estates, Oct. 22nd.
Membership: Paul Koepping – 1 new member (as mentioned earlier)
Ad Hoc Committee Reports
Bylaws Committee: Al Traverso – Judy Miller motioned for Al Traverso as Bylaws Chairman, 2nded and approved.
Old Business:
$200.00 donated to Verde Search & Rescue – Al Traverso motioned, 2nded and approved.
